Stat journal entries

Does anyone have a workaround to this issue...?  I assume all that you can do is manually approve and monitor STAT journals.

A simple solution is to have a separate set of users making the entries (requesters) as against a different set of users having the ability to Post (approvers)

This may not be feasible where users feel that this ties their hands too much or in a small organization.
We have deployed Forms Personalization to handle the segregation of duties between Entry and Post of own journals - and this has been very well accepted by the auditors.

Its easy to deploy and maintain and if any one needs further help, let me know

Good point.  I should have put in more detail - the client is using the journal approval and looking to leverage that functionality rather than developing a separate process to handle STAT journals.
