Oracle 10g Forms Error during Run

Hi friends,

I have just installed Oracle 10 g Forms and I am getting TNS protocol adapter error while i try to run the form.

If i give the user name, pwd, the error is repeating.

Please help me in resolving the issue. Its urgent.
