Position - Peoplesoft HRMS
Location - San Antonio, TX
Duration - 6+ months
Need 15-20 Years Profiles
Specification:
• Extensive experience in PeopleSoft technology strategy
• Extensive PeopleSoft HRMS, ELM, EPM (HR), EPM (HR), FSCM and EPM (FSCM) module knowledge
• 5 to 10 years PeopleSoft HRMS and ELM implementation and operational experience
• 5 to 10 years in industry knowledge of “best practices” dealing with PeopleSoft outsourcing efforts.
• Project management experience
• Experience in Requirements elicitation & documentation, preferably in PeopleSoft HRMS, ELM, EPM (HR), EPM (HR), FSCM and EPM (FSCM) module and related systems
• Ability to document system and task dependencies
• Results oriented
• Strong leadership skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills to assess problems and develop solutions/improveme nts
• Ability to conduct meetings and deliver formal presentations
