Oracle Financials Techno Functional Expert: Brisbane, CA

Duration: 6 months plus.
Responsibilities:
• Gather, provide and process business requirements in collaboration with the business and technical users.
• Document, configure and customize the application to implement the solution using Oracle Financials.
• Communicate with the business users, developers and vendors to create, manage and execute systems roadmap.
• Provide on-time support to the end users and monitor, troubleshoot financial systems processing.
• Contribute to the enforcement of governmental compliance and regulations.
• Ensure high user satisfaction by contributing to outstanding applications availability, reliability, training, support and documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, mathematics, finance or business related fields.
• Seven plus years experience in implementation and support of Oracle EBusiness Suite Financials modules.
• In depth understanding of financial accounting processes and its implementation using Oracle EBusiness Suite Financials.
• Thorough understanding of Oracle core financial modules - GL, AP, AR, FA.
• Functional design & requirements - gather and document user requirements and provide functional and technical designs to meet those requirements.
• Good analytical skills.
• Provide the setups in the Oracle application necessary to deploy and maintain both custom and standard application components.
• Complete unit testing of work as well as integration testing with other custom components and the larger Oracle application.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Data-loader, ADI.
• Good communication skills – written and spoken English.
• Experience in the online media industry is a big plus.
