Position: Oracle Apps Developer
Location: Skokie, IL.
Duration: 3 months plus extensions
Rate: $ 50/hr
JOB SUMMARY:
EXPERIENCE:
• 3+ years experience in Forms personalization
• 8+ years experience PL/SQL
• 3+ years experience with integration technologies
• 5+ years experience with Relational database: Oracle 10g
• Strong understanding of all aspects of Oracle EBS (Quoting, Order Management, procurement, supply chain, accounts receivables (AR),
• Experience with the High Technology or Computer Distribution industries is preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) a plus
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Oracle Application Service 10g Administrator Certified Professional
Need to be able to build a custom layer as an extension without changing the EBS configurations.
Need to be strong in Order Management and Supply Chain Mgmt.

11.5.10 experience is preferred.
This role’s main focus will be the functional validation and technical requirements building of Oracle EBS related application personalizations and extensions using forms, OA Framework, and/or Application express. Must be able to work independently and collaboratively with little direction, and handle changing priorities of a project team.
Working with the business owners, business analysts, and the IT Architect, participate as a technical member of the IT team. This position's primary responsibility provides Oracle E-Business application development within various programs for various projects and environments, including create tables, developing code, configuring personalizations, troubleshooting, tuning, installation, upgrades, and deployment to various environments.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Define descriptive flex fields
• Support, plan, conduct, and/or coordinate the testing and implementation of software
• Ensure technical and validation documentation is completed as needed throughout the project lifecycle and support efforts to maintain a validated system state
• Responsible for design, configuration, and implementation of EBS personalizations
• Responsible for implementation and configuration of EBS extensions•
• Recognize key areas that need input from others and incorporate those resources as needed
Minimum and/or Preferred Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related degree preferred.
