difference b/w fal_client and fal_server

FAL_CLIENT <service_name> of the current host database which will act as client for the archive log shipping
FAL_SERVER <service_ name> of the standby or remote database which will be shipping the archive logs

these parameters help in seamless switchover/failover with DG
